Oil-free compressed air solutions for the beverage industry

BOGE Kompressoren is showcasing a new, comprehensive portfolio of energy-efficient, oil-free air compressors at the BrauBeviale trade fair.
The beverage industry needs high-quality and extremely clean, oil-free compressed air for its production processes. The compressed air expert BOGE Kompressoren (Halle 4, Stand 4-510) will be showcasing its efficient system solutions for generating oil-free compressed air, which are specially geared to the needs of this industry, at the BrauBeviale in Nuremberg on 10th - 12th November.
The beverage industry depends on compressed air free of any residues, such as particles, moisture or aerosols, for almost everything it does - whether it’s for cleaning, sorting and filling glass bottles or for labelling, packaging and producing PET bottles. Which is why BOGE will be on hand at the BrauBeviale in Nuremberg to show the energy-intensive beverage industry multiple ways it can combine production of Class 0 oil-free compressed air with significant savings in its production processes. Its modular, oil-free programme puts BOGE in the position of being able to provide the optimal solution for every area of application in the beverage industry: Extremely economical compressors with oil-free compressing ensure a high degree of efficiency and, at the same time, absolute process safety.
BOGE has refreshed its compressor programme from the bottom up and added some innovative products. A special highlight at the BOGE stand at the BrauBeviale will be the ground-breaking High Speed Turbo Technology (HST), which already grabbed attention at its première during the Hanover trade fair earlier this year. With its innovative, air-supported drive shaft, the HST compressors generate 100 per cent oil-free compressed air in Class 0 at highest efficiency and minimal maintenance. Savings of up to 30 per cent of the total cost compared to the conventional oil-free screw compressors are possible with the HST Technology, and will please every unit operator. Visitors at the BOGE trade fair stand at the BrauBeviale will be able to experience for themselves the size and noise emission levels when next to an oil-free screw compressor of equivalent capacity. The differences between these technologies are huge. In addition, visitors can take a virtual roller coaster ride through the interior of the BOGE HST compressor using Oculus Rift 3D glasses.
Additional highlights at the BOGE trade fair stand
BOGE will be presenting its oil-free K Booster piston compressors with capacities of 5.5 kW and the new 11 kW version in the high-pressure range of up to 40 bar. The compressors comply with the oil-free criterion for Class 0 and are specially targeted for the needs of companies which produce PET containers as part of their production processes.
BOGE will also be exhibiting its industry-specific, plug-and-play solution, FlexPet BFPO, for the PET industry which combines the pre-pressure and high-pressure compressor as well as all necessary filters, dryers and receivers in one.
Other highlights at the BOGE trade fair stand: nitrogen generators for independent, self-generation of nitrogen; oil-free piston compressors in the PO series; the whisper quiet and ultra-low vibration scroll compressor in the EO series (both compressor series are oil-free Class 0); and the time-proven BOGE BLUEKAT converter technology, with which residue-free Class 0 compressed air can be generated.
